We are situated in a lovely quiet area on Beech Rise, close to the main entrance & beach path, just a 2 minute walk

to the lakeside and outdoor activities complex, and within an easy walk to all other amenities. On park and clifftop views.

The caravan has a lovely open space for guests to enjoy all the comforts of a holiday home; it sleeps 6/8 guests comfortably in 3 bedrooms. with a pull-out bed in the lounge area

The caravan has gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

The living room has L-shaped sofa with large footstool and massive living space area, a 43” smart TV wall mounted with Freeview channels, Blu-ray and DVD player, and Sky dish installed Please bring your own sky Q box if you require.

Wii console, with a selection of games, lots of DVDs to watch, a selection of board games, and colouring books to enjoy.

A double pull-out bed with a mattress topper added for extra comfort is also in the lounge area if needed for extra guests.

The fully fitted kitchen has lots of worktop space and cupboards, a built-in gas oven, grill, and hob to cook your favourite meals, as well as a fully integrated fridge, freezer, integrated microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, slow cooker, and coffee machine. All crockery, cutlery, and all kitchen, cleaning, and dining essentials are also provided.

The dining area has a freestanding, four-seater dining table and chairs for you to enjoy family meals together.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and wash basin. There is also a second toilet with a hand basin in the master bedroom.

We also supply an iron, a tabletop ironing board, a hair dryer, a vacuum cleaner, a brush, and all cleaning essentials.

Outside we have a lovely large seating/decking area to the front of the caravan via French doors, complete with a table and chairs to enjoy your days relaxing in the sun.

For your peace of mind, there is a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, carbon monoxide detector, smoke alarm fitted, and first Aid kit all provided

Freshly laundered bedding will be supplied for all beds made on arrival, included in the price.

However, you will need to bring your towels and tea towels.

The holiday price includes all water, Gas and electric during your stay.

Our caravan is well looked after by us, and we ask that you treat it with as much care and respect as we do, please.

Private parking close to the caravan is available

This is a pet-friendly holiday home. We only accept well-behaved, small dogs, please. Max of two,

No dogs are to be left unattended in the caravan and they are not allowed in the bedrooms, please.

Please note: Haven Play passes are NOT included in the rental price; play passes are available to purchase at Haven reception on arrival.

We only offer accommodation.

A £50 non-refundable deposit secures your break.

The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of your stay. We are happy to accept payment in instalments.

All bookings will require an additional £100 Refundable security clean and care bond for loss, damage, and/or breakages or the need for an excessive or deep clean, which is payable with the balance of the holiday

This will be returned within 48 hours once the caravan has been checked over and everything is found to be in order.

We accept payment via bank transfer, please.

A key safe is in place for extra convenience so your arrival is stress-free. We will text a unique code on the day to access your holiday home. So no queuing at the main reception for the keys; head straight to the caravan to enjoy your holiday from the moment you arrive.

Primrose Valley is a 5-star holiday park near Filey. On site you will find the Lakeside complex and the main complex, with loads of things to do, plus outdoor activities and a funfair with lots of rides.
