Rose Bank Getaways at Primrose Valley – your home from home getaway for your great British holiday!

Our caravan is perfectly located on the premium Primrose Valley Holiday Park, which offers amazing facilities for all the family!

The caravan includes a spacious lounge area for you to kick back and relax, with a 40” 4K Smart TV and a range of DVDs and children’s games. The lounge area is open plan, with an ample dining table and free standing chairs so you can all enjoy family meal times round the table together. There is also an electric feature fire to keep you warm and cosy during the colder months.

The modern kitchen area is fully equipped with all the essentials you will need, including a kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer, fridge, gas oven/hob, cutlery, crockery and pans, so you will be sure to have everything you need to cook your favourite family meals.

The master bedroom has an en-suite toilet and offers space for a travel cot. There are also spacious wardrobes to keep all your belongings in. The second bedroom includes two single beds and a single wardrobe. The beds provide comfort for a good nights sleep to recharge your batteries ready for the next day ahead!

All bed linen will be provided and the beds made ready for your stay. Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot if this is required.

The main shower room includes a toilet, basin, heated towel rail and shower, plus plenty of storage space to keep your toiletries.

All rooms have double glazed windows and gas central heated radiators.

The outside space offers a large private veranda with table and outdoor seating, giving you space to chill out with a glass of fizz or cold beer at the end of the day – or to have your morning cuppa! You can even see the sea from the veranda! There is also a parking bay with additional parking over the road.

Our caravan is perfectly located on the park with all the facilities only a short walk away which include the main show bars, kids’ clubs, restaurants, bars, shops, launderette and beach access.

We take pride in our caravan and love going for holidays and we have made some amazing memories. We hope you will love staying there too and make some incredible memories to last a lifetime! All we ask is that you take the same care and pride in the caravan as we do during your stay.

We will text/email you on the eve of your arrival with a key code so you can access the key and beat the queues!

Please note that your entertainment passes are NOT included in the price of the caravan. However, these can easily be purchased on site. Once you let us have your full details and we have registered you as guests with Haven, they will email you direct with the car entrance access necessary to get you onto the park, plus advice on how to order entertainment passes and pre-book certain activities online (e.g. swimming) prior to arrival.

Arrival is from 3pm onwards. Checkout is by 10am.

Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome, subject to a maximum of two small dogs or one large dog. Please note that Haven do not permit certain breeds on the site. Haven’s rules apply whilst walking dogs on site.

PLEASE NOTE: We only let the caravan for full weeks (Saturday to Saturday) during HIGH SEASON and three or four night stays (Friday to Monday, Monday to Friday) during LOW SEASON.

IT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR OVERNIGHT OR TWO NIGHT STAYS.

Haven’s flagship Primrose Valley Holiday Park is packed with activities and entertainment for all ages (entertainment passes can be purchased separately from Haven) if you are looking for a fun-filled family holiday, but can also be an ideal, peaceful getaway on the beautiful Yorkshire Coast if that is more your cup of tea.
