Our Pet Friendly holiday home at Primrose Valley Holiday Park, is located on Laurel Rise, with private parking and situated next to the main complex. It’s also just a short walk from the beach and within a 5 minute walk of the lake house and fun fair.

Our Primrose Valley holiday home has an open plan lounge and kitchen/dining area, with all the essentials you will need, including an air fryer, iron/ironing board, kettle, toaster, microwave, full-size built-in fridge freezer and a dining table which seats four. The lounge has a large L-shaped sofa with a pull-out double bed and a coffee table, with a 42″ Freeview TV and private Wi-Fi, The patio doors lead out onto a gated wrap-around decking area with outside seating. The caravan is fully central heated and double-glazed with a gas fire.

Three bedrooms consisting of a master bedroom and two twin rooms; all bedrooms are fitted with built-in bedside lights. The master bedroom has a large double wardrobe, dressing table, stool and storage space over the bed, both twin rooms have 2x single beds with built in wardrobes and over bed storage. All bed linen is provided and freshly made for your arrival.

The main bathroom consists of a toilet, a hand basin and a mirrored cabinet above and a large shower enclosure. The WC has a hand basin and toilet.

Bookings & Conditions

We accept bookings for 3, 4 or 7 nights.

Check in is from 3pm. Check out is by 10am.

We have a key safe, so no waiting at the check in area!

A £50 deposit will secure your holiday.

We accept one small well behaved dog

The full cost of your holiday must be paid 6 weeks before your arrival. If your booking starts within 6 weeks, the full cost will be required upon booking.

Your initial £50 deposit will then be used as your security bond, which will be refunded 24 hours after departure as long as everything is found in order, with no loss, damage and/or breakages, or the need for an excessive clean.

Passes are NOT included, these can be purchased from reception on site.

We offer flexible payment plans. Our preferred payment method is by bank transfer.
