Two beautiful, modern holiday caravans for hire located next door to each other on Magnolia Court; an ideal, quiet cul-de-sac position on Primrose Valley Holiday Park.

I have Willerby Solstice situated at Magnolia Court 19 and a Willerby Salsa situated at Magnolia Court 18. Ideally suited for larger families or friends wishing to holiday together, each ‘Prestige’ SILVER graded, luxurious caravan offers 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8 guests.

The Magnolia Court area of the Resort is a quiet cul-de-sac, ideally situated just a 2 minute walk from The Lakehouse restaurant, bar and funfair, and approximately 6 minutes’ walk from the main complex!

Both caravans have the benefit of large wraparound, south facing and gated veranda with outdoor rattan furniture, along with private parking situated with grounds either side, so children can safely play out. Both have picnic benches suitable for picnic / barbecue.

Both caravans are fully double glazed and benefit from gas central heating, with each having a super comfy sofa/seating in the living area and a separate dining area with table and corner sofa/ chairs or stools. The kitchen facilities include a gas oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich makers, airfryers, fridge/freezer and all utensils, pot, pans etc. in fact, everything you will need during your stay!

The three bedrooms in each caravan include a personal TV With DTV Ariel channels (most with DVD player or built in TV / DVD ).

They also include a games console with a selection of well-known games and rated DVDs. SKY HD is also available in the holiday homes, so please bring your SKY viewing card from home – if your able to pair your card to the box – we do not guarantee this will be accessible to use.

Wi-Fi is available throughout each of the holiday homes.

Pets are accepted in both caravans.

No smoking in the caravans.

Bed linen is a service I provide and beds are made up ready for your arrival at an additional cost of £20. This can be booked Online on my website and selected At the time of booking.

Haven Stay & Play passes need to be purchased from Haven Reception on arrival – they are NOT included in the accommodation cost.

A £50 refundable security bond will be required in addition to the rental price.

Deposit is £50 to reserve dates. Instalments welcome. Full balance payment -8 week before.

Location

Primrose Valley Holiday Park in Filey, is Haven’s five star flagship caravan holiday park, so goes all out to impress offering something for everyone and great value for money.

The Park offers non-stop action and boasts swimming pools and food outlets, including Papa John’s, fish and chips, Burger King, Millie’s Cookies and a family friendly Mash and Barrel Pub. It also has a stunning Lakehouse restaurant where you can sit down or grab a drink at the bar.

Primrose Valley has direct beach access and an on-site convenience store with gift shop that sells a variety of everyday products. There’s also a great funfair with a kids’ rollercoaster, ariel adventure, climbing and laser quest to name a few, along with an outdoor cinema for the entire family.

Around Primrose Valley Holiday Park there is beautiful countryside and the coastline to explore, with places such as Filey, Whitby, Scarborough, Bridlington, Robins Hood Bay close by, and historical York only a one hour drive.

Flamingo Land fun park and zoo, and Eden Camp are great attractions for all the family and within a 30-45 minute drive.

Buses to Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough can be caught near the Haven Reception.

Whatever kind of holiday you’re looking for, Primrose Valley is a great base from which to explore this beautiful part of the country.
