Welcome to number 4, The Elms. The caravan is warm, comfortable, unique, quirky and has a homely atmosphere.

The caravan is used a lot by the owner so bookings are subject to a £75 breakages and cleaning deposit. This is payable with the final balance and refunded after the stay provided the caravan has been left in a clean and tidy condition.

This van is ideal for a couple or a small family (see site description). Maximum number 4.

The sitting/dining area is spacious and there is a gas fire, coffee table, foot rests, bean bags, Freesat TV/DVD plus a varied collection of books, DVDs, local maps and games to play.

The kitchen has a gas oven, fridge (with small freezer), toaster, kettle, scales, food mixer, and pans/cook ware. There is also an iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

The bathroom (which also has a door into the main bedroom) has a good sized shower with seating, a lavatory and a sink. There is plenty of shelving and cupboard space.

The main bedroom is a good size and has fitted wardrobes, drawers and mirror/dressing table with seating. There is a hair dryer.

The twin bedroom opposite has two single beds. Again, there is plenty of cupboard space (with blankets if needed) and a small mirror/dressing table with seating.

Duvets, pillows and tea towels are provided. Bedding comes with clean protectors. Sheets and bath/hand towels can be provided at an extra cost. Please let me know.

Outside, there is a sunny patio area with stools and a picnic table alongside the van. There are also deckchairs. There is plenty of parking space which is 30 seconds walk from the van although cars can also be parked alongside the van at any time for dropping off etc.

Gas and electricity is included in the price.
