A fantastic opportunity to stay in our recently renovated, very well-presented and loved family caravan at Primrose Valley Holiday Park. Situated in Magnolia Court which is just a few minuets walk from the Lakehouse Lodge, boating lake, high ropes, fun fair and lots more…. fantastic for making lots of wonderful memories.

If you like a holiday home, but with a home from home feel, then this is the caravan for you. Feel free to chose a book from the shelves or a board game from the draws, this will keep the children, big and small, entertained for hours.

Our pet friendly caravan, sits on a large plot in a quiet cul-de-sac location, with wraparound decking and parking available to the front.

The caravan boasts a larger than normal main bedroom, with plenty space to walk around and feel comfortable, complete with ensuite shower, toilet and wash basin which also opens up in to the hallway so everyone can use. We have provided plenty of clothes hangers in the wardrobes for your stay.

The second bedroom is a twin room that comprises of two single beds, wardrobe and draws. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge for those extra guests.

In addition to the main bathroom/ensuite, there is a separate toilet and wash basin so there is no waiting around for others to finish, which is extremely handy especially for little ones that cannot wait.

Bookings

We require a £75.00 deposit to secure your dates. The full balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday start date.

The initial £75.00 deposit will then be used as your security deposit, which will be refunded following inspection of the caravan on your departure, as long as no loss, damage and/or breakages have occurred, and no excessive clean required.
