Pet friendly,Ideally situated on Primrose Valley Holiday Park is our luxurious holiday home located at The Lakes, on a quiet corner plot with private parking for two vehicles. We are just a 5-minute walk from The Lake House and funfair, and a 10-minute walk from the main complex and beach.

The caravan is fully central heated and double-glazed with a gas fire. The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with all the essentials you need, including an air fryer, iron/ironing board, kettle, toaster, microwave, full-size built-in fridge freezer, washing machine, and a dining table that seats four. The lounge has a large L-shaped sofa with a pull-out double bed, a coffee table with 2 extra stools, 42″ TV with Freeview, Netflix, and private Wi-Fi. The patio doors lead out onto a gated, wrap-around decking area with outside seating and a table.

Three bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with en-suite and two twin bedrooms; all bedrooms are fitted with built-in bedside lights. The master bedroom has a dressing table and stool, a large double wardrobe, and storage space over the bed. Both twin rooms have 2 single beds, over-bed storage and wardrobes. All bed linen is provided and freshly made for your arrival.

The main bathroom consists of a toilet, a hand basin with a vanity unit, a mirrored cabinet above and a large shower enclosure. Towels are provided.

Bookings

The check-in time on the day of arrival is 3pm, and check-out is 11am on the day of departure.

A £75 Security deposit is required when booking and will be refunded within 24 hours of departure as long as everything is found in order, with no loss, damage and/or breakages, or the need for an excessive clean.

Preferred payment method is bank transfer. We accept payment plans and the balance to be paid in full 4 weeks prior to arrival.

We provide the keys through a key safe, which is situated next to the front door; the code will be sent via text or email on the day of arrival.

Passes are NOT included but can be purchased direct from Haven.

No smoking allowed in the caravan or on the decking.

Accept one small well behaved dog at a charge of £30
