Our stunning 3 bedroom holiday home on Primrose Valley Holiday Park is situated on Ash Grove; a nice quiet area of the park, set in a small cul-de-sac and just 2 minutes from the children’s play area and 5 minutes from the complexes and beach access.

This luxury, Prestige 40’x12’ modern holiday home offers a full wraparound veranda, double glazing and central heating, and is ideal for all your family’s needs.

The holiday home is situated on Ash Grove, which is in a cul-de-sac set in a nice, quiet area of the park. Ideally situated, it’s just a 2 minute walk from the children’s play area, and a 5 minute walk from both of the Park’s complexes. The beach access is also a short walk away.

Our luxurious holiday home offers patio doors from the lounge onto the wraparound veranda. Within the lounge you will find an electric fire, a 42″ Smart TV with Sky Q (no sports) and Netflix, with its own Independent Wi-Fi (subject to network coverage).

We have blinds throughout the home for your comfort needs, along with Bluetooth speakers and all sockets with USB ports.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, slow cooker, grill, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (pods not supplied), an air fryer, microwave and cooker.

The caravan will comfortably sleep 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.

The Master bedroom has an en-suite, double bed, dressing table with seating area, double wardrobe with storage space and a wall-mounted TV with Sky Q and Netflix.

Bedroom 1; Has a double bed, wardrobes and storage, wall-mounted TV with Sky Q and Netflix.

Bedroom 2;

Has two single beds, wardrobe and storage.

All 3 bedrooms have blackout blinds.

Outside we have full wraparound veranda with seating area, along with a large grassed area with picnic bench.

A hairdryer, iron/ironing board, hoover, mop and bucket are all supplied within in the holiday home.

There is no need to queue at Reception on arrival as we have a key safe.

Beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

Bed guard/Travel cot are available on request.

This is a PET FREE HOME – we do not allow any pets to enter the holiday home.

The holiday price includes all water, gas and electricity thought out your stay (based on fair use basis)

Information;

Passes are not included in our rental cost – you are purchasing the hire of our holiday home only. However, these can be purchased from Reception if required (subject to Haven availability).

We only supply the self-catering accommodation and are not responsible for any of the facilities Haven offer or entertainment passes.

Booking Information

A £50 Deposit secures your break.

All bookings will require an additional £75 security ‘clean and care’ deposit, which is payable with the balance of the holiday. This is refunded within 7 working days of the end of your stay, once the holiday home and contents have been checked and everything found to be in order.

Balances are due strictly by 8 weeks of the start of your stay. We are happy to accept payment by instalments.

Rentals days are:

Monday – Friday (4 nights)

Friday – Monday (3 nights)

Monday – Monday (7 nights)

Friday – Friday (7 nights)

Check in 4pm

Check out 10am

At the start of your holiday the keys are located in a key safe at the holiday home which you will be given a unique code to access, so no queueing at reception for the keys.
