Our caravan has double glazing and central heating throughout, and is sited in a quiet location, approximately a 10 minute walk from the main entertainment complex and the beach.

The caravan has 2 bedrooms: a large double room with dressing table area and en-suite toilet with vanity unit, 1 twin room with 2 single beds, one of which can be lifted up so that a cot can be inserted. Both rooms have bedside cabinets and wardrobes giving ample storage.

There is a large family shower room with shower, toilet and vanity unit.

The fully equipped kitchen has an integrated full sized fridge and freezer and full sized cooker. There is also a microwave, kettle and toaster with all the necessary kitchen items.

Facing the kitchen is a modern dining area with free standing table and chairs opening up to a modern large refurbished lounge area, all of which are carpeted with patio doors leading to a fully enclosed decking area offering partial sea views, ideal for outdoor dining. In the lounge area there is a gas fire, a 40″ flat screen TV with Freeview Play. We also provide a selection of games, books and a PlayStation with games. New for 2022 FREE WIFI within the caravan for all guests!

Outside on the fully enclosed decking area there is a patio set ideal for relaxing on those sunny days and evenings. There is private car parking to the front of the caravan for two vehicles.

We provide an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum, high chair, bed guard and travel cot at no extra charge.

For your safety and peace of mind there is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detectors fitted.

This is a strictly no smoking and no pets caravan (unless previously arranged with owner).
