Our ABI Brisbane holiday home has three bedrooms and sleeps 8. It is a strictly NON-smoking and NO pets caravan.

The caravan was refurbished again in May 2021 with brand new patio furniture for your comfort, carpets and lino replaced throughout, bathroom upgrade, lighting changed & re-tiled kitchen, eyelet curtains & curtain poles, hairdryers, straighteners, board games, DVDs, iron & ironing board, lovely garden boxes on the decking and now available is a travel cot, highchair and a pram. On top of the wardrobe in the double bedroom is a First Aid box, should you need it.

In the large spacious lounge you can find a colour LCD smart TV, so you can access your Netflix & Amazon Prime, DVD player with DVDs, CD player, a gas fire and board games. The seating area converts into a pull-out double bed. We have a separate dining area.

The kitchen has a gas cooker/oven, microwave, integrated fridge & freezer, kettle, toaster and usual kitchen equipment catering for 8 people.

The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe (containing hairdryer & straighteners), plus over bed storage. Under the main bed is an iron, ironing board and a vacuum cleaner for your convenience. The next two bedrooms have twin beds (which can be put together to make a double bed, when you put a double bed sheet on), sleeping 2 in each room with wardrobes (containing hairdryers) and overhead storage. All 3 bedrooms have central heating.

We provide duvets, pillows & mattress protectors but we do not provide bed linen. You will need to bring duvet covers, bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels & tea towels.

Located in the boiler cupboard is a mop and bucket.

There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink with storage unit and central heating.

There is also a garden patio set, with storage for cushions.

Costs

Please note there is a £50 security bond required when you book your holiday. This will be returned within 24hrs, at the end of the holiday as long as the caravan is left in a tidy condition and there are no damages.

Departure is by 10am PROMPT please, so the cleaners can prepare our holiday home for our next guests.

Remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday.

If for any reason you should need to cancel your break, we request that this is done within a minimum of 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday to allow us time to re-book your cancelled dates.

Our prices do not include the Haven entertainment/swimming passes. You can purchase the passes yourself from reception upon your arrival in-line with Haven’s availability.

Location

Our caravan is situated 1 minute from all amenities and the main entertainment centre. It is also just a 3 minute walk to cliff tops and 10 minutes to the beach.

If all the excitement gets a bit too much, Primrose Valley offers plenty of places to relax, be it boating on the lake, freshwater fishing or sinking a few balls in our relaxing Sports Bar.

Primrose Valley has enough to satisfy the biggest thrill-seeker, so if you want an action packed holiday with prices that aren’t out of reach, book today for a holiday of a life time. There is public transport stops located outside the main reception. With such a huge range of activities, Primrose Valley is the icing on the cake.

There is a state of the art multi-level pool complex with over 30 water features making Primrose Valley the number one activity hotspot. You can race the kids on the slides, cavort in the waterfalls and feel the turbulence of the water flows or simply relax in one of the many heated indoor and outdoor pools.

When dry land calls, Primrose Valley still has more to offer. Scale heady heights on the climbing wall, burn some rubber on the go kart track or give yourself a scare abseiling or on the rope & zip wire course.

Eateries on site include The Five Stones bar (Wetherspoons), Pappa Johns’ Pizza restaurant, Cooks’ Fish & Chip shop, Lake House Restaurant, Burger King & new to P.V for 2023, is Slim Jims chicken restaurant
