The lounge has a 43″ SMART FREE VIEW LED TV with Sky TV ( sky please bring viewing card) , independent WIFI, a Blu-ray player, extensive DVD library. There is a decking area to the front with outdoor furniture to enable you to enjoy the breath-taking sea views both day and night.

Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, full size oven and grill, iron, ironing board, slow cooker and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. There is free hire of a travel cot, highchair and bed guards.

All beds have mattress and pillow protectors and will be made up for arrival. All three bedrooms have TV/DVDs.

The caravan is professionally cleaned for every stay so you can be assured you will not be disappointed.

There is a substantial Block paved drive at the side of the caravan for our guests convenience. There is also a patio with picnic table and charcoal BBQ towards the rear of the pitch against the large grassed area to the rear, so you can have a choice of where to sit outside.

Primrose Valley Holiday Park

The Fun works building has an adventure pool, arcades, show bars, ball pool, 4D cinema, Millie’s Cookies, West Pier restaurant, Cooks (fish and chips) restaurant, mini supermarket, Lake house complex with more restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, sports bar, and the Mash and Barrel Restaurant.

Primrose Valley has beach access to the stunning Filey beach. You can even walk down to Filey along the beachfront in approx. 20-30 minutes.

There is also a bus stop on site which provides public transport to Filey, Scarborough, Whitby, Bridlington as well as local small towns.

Scarborough also boasts of its outdoor theatre and new 2016 waterpark attraction, not to mention the Sea life Centre and the beautiful Peasholm Park.
