Welcome to our lovely ‘Home from Home’ pet friendly caravan for hire on Haven’s Primrose Valley Holiday Park, situated on the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac on Cedar Vale.

Complete with double glazing and gas central heating, our pet friendly caravan on Primrose Valley also benefits from an enclosed front decking with seating, plus parking for 2 cars.

There are three bedrooms, one double and two twin bedded rooms, along with a sofa bed in the lounge, enabling 8 guests to be comfortably accommodated.

The main bedroom is a double with a Smart TV, a vanity area with a mirror and twin wardrobe, plus an en-suite toilet with hand wash basin. The two further bedrooms each have two single beds, a wardrobe and TV with built-in DVD player.

Within the lounge is a Smart TV, a corner sofa (incorporating a double bed) and an electric fire. There is also FREE Wi-Fi broadband for you to use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven/grill, full size fridge freezer, washer, dishwasher and all the utensils you may need.

All towels, hand towels and bedding is included. All beds will also be made up ready for your arrival (except sofa bed – if required, bedding will be left out for you).

We also supply a small amount of cleaning products, along with a hoover, clothes airer, iron and a tabletop ironing board, which are all located in the boiler cupboard.

Also provided for your enjoyment are some DVDs for the children, so you can sit back and relax for 5 minutes and have a cup of tea or coffee that we have provided for you in the ‘Welcome Basket’. This will be located in the kitchen. Please enjoy the biscuits for yourself and the sweets for the children.

Baby equipment (highchair, travel cot) can be provided if required, at no extra cost. Please contact me if you need any of these items or if you need any help with the travel cot. Let me know and I’ll have it up and ready for you.

Bookings & Conditions

Strictly NO smoking or vaping allowed.

A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed, as long as they are well-behaved and supervised at all times. There will be a blanket provided for the dog/dogs to use on the furniture. Please do NOT allow them on the beds. In the welcome basket there will be some poo bags and treats, so they don’t feel left out.

A refundable deposit of £100 will be required. This will be refunded back to you after the cleaner has inspected the caravan and everything found to be in good order. Please be aware however, that if there is any damage/breakage, signs of smoking or damage from pets, this will not be refunded back to you.

The full balance must to be paid 8weeks before your holiday start date.

Arrival time is 2pm and the departure time is by 10am. Please note that if you are late leaving, it may affect your refunded deposit.

Play passes are NOT included in our hire price, but can be purchased on arrival at the main reception, or up to 4 weeks in advance on the Haven website.

Please also note that the main facilities close on 15th November. However, the caravan is still available through to 4th January, so if you’re looking for a peaceful stay or a Christmas/New Year away, our caravan is ideal.

We offer affordable and flexible, 1 or 2 day breaks for you and your family. These are only available outside peak times. Please contact us for further details.

The code to access the box that holds the key will be sent to you on the day of your arrival before the check-in time.

Location

Primrose Valley Holiday Park offers everything under one roof: show bars; amusements; indoors and outdoor swimming pools (please note that most places can only be accessed with play passes); Spar shop; Fish and Chips; Papa John’s; Burger King; Starbucks and many more.

There are children’s playgrounds across the site, the nearest being 1-2 minutes away from our caravan.

Primrose Valley Holiday Park is situated just outside Filey, just a 20 minute drive from Bridlington and Scarborough. If you fancy the extra few miles, Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay, are not too far away either. Buses can also be caught on site or just outside the main entrance.

Supermarkets such as Tesco, Lidl, Sainsbury’s and Morrison’s, are all situated within Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough.
