We are situated in a lovely quiet area on Beech Rise, close to the main entrance & beach path, just a 2 minute walk<\/p>\n

Wii console, with a selection of games, lots of DVDs to watch, a selection of board games, and colouring books to enjoy.<\/p>\n

A double pull-out bed with a mattress topper added for extra comfort is also in the lounge area if needed for extra guests.<\/p>\n

The fully fitted kitchen has lots of worktop space and cupboards, a built-in gas oven, grill, and hob to cook your favourite meals, as well as a fully integrated fridge, freezer, integrated microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, slow cooker, and coffee machine. All crockery, cutlery, and all kitchen, cleaning, and dining essentials are also provided.<\/p>\n

The dining area has a freestanding, four-seater dining table and chairs for you to enjoy family meals together.<\/p>\n

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and wash basin. There is also a second toilet with a hand basin in the master bedroom.<\/p>\n

We also supply an iron, a tabletop ironing board, a hair dryer, a vacuum cleaner, a brush, and all cleaning essentials.<\/p>\n

Outside we have a lovely large seating\/decking area to the front of the caravan via French doors, complete with a table and chairs to enjoy your days relaxing in the sun.<\/p>\n

For your peace of mind, there is a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, carbon monoxide detector, smoke alarm fitted, and first Aid kit all provided<\/p>\n

Freshly laundered bedding will be supplied for all beds made on arrival, included in the price.<\/p>\n
However, you will need to bring your towels and tea towels.<\/p>\n

The holiday price includes all water, Gas and electric during your stay.<\/p>\n

Our caravan is well looked after by us, and we ask that you treat it with as much care and respect as we do, please.<\/p>\n

All bookings will require an additional \u00a3100 Refundable security clean and care bond for loss, damage, and\/or breakages or the need for an excessive or deep clean, which is payable with the balance of the holiday<\/p>\n

This will be returned within 48 hours once the caravan has been checked over and everything is found to be in order.<\/p>\n

A key safe is in place for extra convenience so your arrival is stress-free. We will text a unique code on the day to access your holiday home. So no queuing at the main reception for the keys; head straight to the caravan to enjoy your holiday from the moment you arrive.<\/p>\n
