Our caravan has double glazing and central heating throughout, and is sited in a quiet location, approximately a 10 minute walk from the main entertainment complex and the beach.<\/p>\n

The caravan has 2 bedrooms: a large double room with dressing table area and en-suite toilet with vanity unit, 1 twin room with 2 single beds, one of which can be lifted up so that a cot can be inserted. Both rooms have bedside cabinets and wardrobes giving ample storage.<\/p>\n

There is a large family shower room with shower, toilet and vanity unit.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The fully equipped kitchen has an integrated full sized fridge and freezer and full sized cooker. There is also a microwave, kettle and toaster with all the necessary kitchen items.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Facing the kitchen is a modern dining area with free standing table and chairs opening up to a modern large refurbished lounge area, all of which are carpeted with patio doors leading to a fully enclosed decking area offering partial sea views, ideal for outdoor dining. In the lounge area there is a gas fire, a 40″ flat screen TV with Freeview Play. We also provide a selection of games, books and a PlayStation with games. New for 2022 FREE WIFI within the caravan for all guests!<\/p>\n

Outside on the fully enclosed decking area there is a patio set ideal for relaxing on those sunny days and evenings. There is private car parking to the front of the caravan for two vehicles.<\/p>\n

We provide an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum, high chair, bed guard and travel cot at no extra charge.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
For your safety and peace of mind there is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detectors fitted.<\/p>\n
