Our lovely 3 bedroom caravan at Primrose Valley Holiday Park, is just a minute walk from The Lakehouse, the outdoor cinema and fairground, and approximately 5 minutes\u2019 walk from the main complex.<\/p>\n

Our family\u2019s holiday home, purchased brand new in June 2024, offers a stylish and comfortable retreat. This beautifully designed caravan features double glazing and central heating throughout, along with modern amenities, including a Smart TV in the lounge.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge freezer, top-spec microwave oven, and a gas cooker with an oven and grill, along with all essential home comforts.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Through the door off the kitchen, a generously sized shower room is located to the right, complete with a separate wash basin. Further along, a separate toilet room with an additional wash basin adds convenience. The sleeping arrangements include a beautifully furnished twin bedroom, a luxurious double bedroom with high-quality mattresses, and a second twin room. Additionally, the lounge sofa converts into a double bed, ensuring ample sleeping space. Bed linen is provided, but guests are asked to bring their own towels, as these are not included.<\/p>\n

Gas and electricity are included in the price. Travel cots and highchairs can be hired directly through Haven on-site. Electric car charging points are available near the main complex, though charging within the caravan is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n

Booking Conditions<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of \u00a350 is required. A refundable damages deposit of \u00a3100 will be added to the balance and returned within three days after check-out, provided there are no damages, losses, breakages, or excessive cleaning required. The remaining balance must be paid in full four weeks before the holiday.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bookings are available from Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday. Check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Keys will be accessible via a key safe, with the code provided prior to arrival.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Entertainment passes are not included but can be purchased directly through Haven at the main reception.<\/p>\n

Important Policies<\/p>\n

*Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the caravan. Any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in the forfeiture of the damages deposit.<\/p>\n
*Pets are not permitted in the caravan.<\/p>\n
*Same-sex group bookings are not allowed.<\/p>\n
*The lead passenger must be over 21 years old.<\/p>\n
