The caravan is fully central heated and double-glazed with a gas fire. The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with all the essentials you need, including an air fryer, iron\/ironing board, kettle, toaster, microwave, full-size built-in fridge freezer, washing machine, and a dining table that seats four. The lounge has a large L-shaped sofa with a pull-out double bed, a coffee table with 2 extra stools, 42″ TV with Freeview, Netflix, and private Wi-Fi. The patio doors lead out onto a gated, wrap-around decking area with outside seating and a table.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Three bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with en-suite and two twin bedrooms; all bedrooms are fitted with built-in bedside lights. The master bedroom has a dressing table and stool, a large double wardrobe, and storage space over the bed. Both twin rooms have 2 single beds, over-bed storage and wardrobes. All bed linen is provided and freshly made for your arrival.<\/p>\n

The main bathroom consists of a toilet, a hand basin with a vanity unit, a mirrored cabinet above and a large shower enclosure. Towels are provided.<\/p>\n

The check-in time on the day of arrival is 3pm, and check-out is 11am on the day of departure.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
A \u00a375 Security deposit is required when booking and will be refunded within 24 hours of departure as long as everything is found in order, with no loss, damage and\/or breakages, or the need for an excessive clean.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Preferred payment method is bank transfer. We accept payment plans and the balance to be paid in full 4 weeks prior to arrival.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
We provide the keys through a key safe, which is situated next to the front door; the code will be sent via text or email on the day of arrival.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Passes are NOT included but can be purchased direct from Haven.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
No smoking allowed in the caravan or on the decking.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Accept one small well behaved dog at a charge of \u00a330<\/p>\n
